Par rapport &#224; la recette originelle, j&#039;ai baiss&#233; un peu l&#039;OG afin de rester sur quelque chose de facilement buvable (6.4&#176; pr&#233;vu).&#13;
J&#039;ai aussi rajout&#233; de la balle d&#039;orge pour faciliter le filtrage (compte-tenu des flocons de ma&#239;s et de riz).&#13;
&#13;
Le houblonnage (uniquement &#34;apr&#232;s &#233;bu&#34;, en &#34;flame out&#34; sous 80&#176; et en dry hopping) est &#224; base de Galaxy que j&#039;avais bien aim&#233; dans une recette SMaSH sur themaltmiller.co.uk.&#13;
Ca devrait donner des ar&#244;mes de fruit de la passion et de citron.</NOTES>
