    <NOTES>On part d&#039;une IPA am&#233;ricaine et on pousse les curseurs &#224; fond. Mais &#231;a ne suffit pas. On ajoute alors l&#039;orange am&#232;re confite pour accentuer l&#039;amertume. Est-ce que &#231;a suffit? Bien s&#251;r que non. On pousse les curseurs une fois de plus en chargeant les sulfates pour accentuer l&#039;amertume et le houblonage. Et on ajoute une derni&#232;re touche de funk pour accentuer le c&#244;t&#233; hardcore avec une fermentation 100% Brett ! Il n&#039;y a plus qu&#039;&#224; croiser les doigts pour que &#231;a reste buvable.</NOTES>
