    <NOTES>La Witbier est une blanche belge douce et rafraichissante avec des saveurs d&#8217;agrumes et des notes &#233;pic&#233;es. Cette bi&#232;re de bl&#233; sera une candidate parfaite pour les chaudes journ&#233;es d&#8217;&#233;t&#233;.&#13;

. Pour cette recette, nous avons choisi des graines de coriandre (moulues avec un moulin &#224; &#233;pices) et des &#233;corces d&#8217;orange douce.&#13;
&#13;
Du c&#244;t&#233; des c&#233;r&#233;ales, nous avons utilis&#233; 50 % de m&#233;lange malt de bl&#233; et flocons de froment, 45 % de malt pilsner et 5 % de flocons d&#8217;avoine. Le r&#233;sultat est doux, sucr&#233; avec une l&#233;g&#232;re onctuosit&#233;.&#13;

Houblons East Kent Goldings et Cascade qui  contribuent aux ar&#244;mes &#233;pic&#233;s et floraux.&#13;
&#13;
Et pour finir, la levure LOYSE de Levatura SA apportera des esters fruit&#233;s et des ph&#233;nols &#233;pic&#233;s typiques de la Witbier.&#13;
