Vex&#233;, j&#039;ai rapp&#233; une autre betterave 6 jours avant la fin de la secondaire, j&#039;ai d&#233;sinfect&#233; au vinaigre blanc et au bicarbonate et j&#039;ai balanc&#233; &#231;a dans le fermenteur.&#13;
R&#233;sultat une superbe couleur rose rubis mais aucun effet notable sur le gout.</NOTES>
