    <NOTES>Me retrouvant avec un gros r&#233;gime de bananes m&#251;res, je d&#233;cide de suivre les pas de certains de mes coll&#232;gues brassams tropicaux en rempla&#231;ant une partie du malt par des bananes. Celles-ci contiennent de l&#039;amidon, je compte sur le fort pouvoir de conversion du pilsen pour le transformer. Il s&#039;agit bien d&#039;utiliser le fruit mix&#233; &#224; l&#039;empatage pour r&#233;cup&#233;rer l&#039;amidon (et &#233;viter de jeter) et non d&#039;en rechercher le gout.&#13;
Pour ce coup, je reprends une base de recette d&#039;APA toute classique.&#13;
