Je brasse cette bi&#232;re l&#233;g&#232;re &#224; la fin de l&#039;hiver qu&#233;b&#233;cois afin de pouvoir la boire en mai et juin. Il en r&#233;sulte une bi&#232;re douce et savoureuse dont l&#039;ajout de raisin concorde lui conf&#232;re une robe ros&#233;e &#233;l&#233;gante ainsi qu&#039;une l&#233;g&#232;re acidit&#233; rafraichissante.</NOTES>
