Cette ann&#233;e biere de No&#235;l avec un melange (en poudre) d&#039;epices &#224; Pain d&#039;epice (Terre Exotique de Colmar) dans lequel il y a : Canelle, Cardamone, anis vert, clou de girofle et gingembre.&#13;
Ajout de 600g de miel (toutes fleurs, miel doux et pas trop prononc&#233;).&#13;
Graine de coriandre ecras&#233;s au pilon et une peau d&#039;orange Bio (75g)&#13;
Ajout de tout ca en fin d&#039;ebu, juste histoire de bien garder les saveurs et que ca evite les infections.&#13;
&#13;
Levures : S33 fermetis. Il doit y avoir des levures bien mieux adapt&#233; aux bieres d&#039;hiver, mais bon celle-l&#224; elle est un peu 4x4, elle passe partout!</NOTES>
