Premier essai pour ma part je brasse avec un kit de brassage tout en un, brewmonk 30L&#13;
La densit&#233; apr&#232;s &#233;bu &#233;tait de 1.050&#13;
La densit&#233; &#224; l&#039;embouteillage &#233;tait de 1.010&#13;
Les Volumes obtenus (20 L) au final sont &#224; titre indicatif car la jauge de volume d&#039;origine est peu pr&#233;cise, j&#039;ai d&#039;ailleurs refait les graduations entre deux brassins pour avoir un meilleur suivi de mes brassins. J&#039;ai fini par embouteiller 16L, en ayant resucr&#233; avec 115g de sucre dilu&#233; dans 15 cl d&#039;eau bouilli auparavant, soit environ 7g/L.</NOTES>
