J&#039;ai souhait&#233; partir sur une Session Rye IPA, avec du piment de Cayenne.&#13;
Le but &#233;tait de faire une bi&#232;re en accord avec un mets, une bi&#232;re donc tr&#232;s facilement pintable avec une petite chauffe en fin de bouche.&#13;
Un peu d&#233;&#231;u du manque de carbonatation en bouteille, j&#039;ai mis des capsules drops mais ce n&#039;&#233;tait pas suffisant, il aurait fallut aller &#224; 2.5 vol C02.&#13;
