    <NOTES>La Piwo Grodziskie est une bi&#232;re historique inscrite au BJCP. Elle doit avoir une DI 1028-1032 et une DF 1006-1012  et un ABV compris entre 2.5 - 3.3%.&#13;
Le houblon doit &#234;tre majoritairement Saaz avec IBU 20-35. Le go&#251;t f&#251;m&#233; ne doit pas &#234;tre ausi intense qu&#039;une Rauchbier,  je suis parti sur 1/4 de malt f&#251;m&#233;.&#13;
La couleur doit se situer entre 5.9 - 11.8 ebc.&#13;
La Piwo Grodziskie doit &#234;tre fortement carbonat&#233;e, je partirai sur 3.3 volumes.&#13;
C&#039;est ma premi&#232;re Piwo et j&#039;esp&#232;re me situer dans les clous. &#13;
Brass&#233;e le 06-08-2020 avec une efficacit&#233; de 86.2%.</NOTES>
