* Les houblons sont tr&#232;s diff&#233;rents, la s&#233;lection de cette recette va plut&#244;t chercher le c&#244;t&#233; floral et r&#233;sineux. J&#039;en profite pour liquider mon vieux stock de Chinook de 2021...&#13;
* Les malts sont beaucoup plus vari&#233;s. Je liquide mes stocks de Volcara 50 et pousse la coloration au max avec le Volca Torref&#039; 1200&#13;

* Ajout de vanille en seconde partie de fermentation&#13;
* Emp&#226;tage assez chaud (id&#233;alement plut&#244;t vers les 68/70&#176;C pour r&#233;cup&#233;rer un peu de sucres r&#233;siduels et redonner du corps &#224; cette bi&#232;re qui se veut SOLIDE !)&#13;
