    <NOTES>Le versant ensoleill&#233; de Face Nord : une Hazy Pale Ale douce, fruit&#233;e et ensoleill&#233;e. Face Sud est la r&#233;ponse solaire &#224; Face Nord, notre Northern IPA brass&#233;e avec Croix de Chavaux Brewery. Cette Hazy Pale Ale met &#224; nouveau &#224; l&#8217;honneur le Motueka et le Cashmere, utilis&#233;s d&#232;s l&#8217;emp&#226;tage en mash hopping puis en dry hop pour amplifier les huiles aromatiques. Des notes juteuses de p&#234;che et de mangue rencontrent le melon m&#251;r et des agrumes frais, port&#233;es par une texture soyeuse gr&#226;ce &#224; l&#8217;avoine et au bl&#233;. L&#8217;amertume reste douce et fondue pour une Pale Ale expressive, lumineuse et facile &#224; boire pour accompagner notre terrasse estivale.&#13;
