- la douceur du malt Ch&#226;teau Pilsen (75%) combin&#233;e &#224; la saveur r&#233;confortante de pain cuit du Ch&#226;teau Abbaye (16.7%). Les flocons d&#039;avoines (8.3%) renforceront la rondeur en bouche et la complexit&#233; des saveurs.&#13;
-la faible att&#233;nuation de la SafAle S-33 de Fermentis&#13;
-un houblonnage tr&#232;s l&#233;ger en AA d&#039;o&#249; un IBU &#224; 10 et un ratio d&#039;amertume relative autour de 0.18.&#13;
-carbonatation &#233;videmment basse pour rester dans la douceur.</NOTES>
