NB: avant la mise en fermenteur, j&#039;ai obtenu un mout de 15 l avec une DI de 1082!!!!! Je ne sais pas comment j&#039;ai fait... cependant j&#039;ai ajout&#233; 6l d&#039;eau pour obtenir 21l en fermentation avec une DI de 1076... comme levure ai utilis&#233; la Bulldog (10 gr pour 20-25l) mise en fermentation hier vers 18h et depuis &#231;a glougloute pas mal du tout. &#13;
