Je vise une IPA onctueuse, laissant la part belle aux aromes de houblons plut&#244;t qu&#039;&#224; l&#039;amertume pour un volume d&#039;alcool mod&#233;r&#233;. Comme c&#039;est mon second brassin, je n&#039;ai pas la moindre id&#233;e de mon rendement potentiel, par d&#233;faut je part sur 70%. Comme je n&#039;ai pas les moyens d&#039;une fermentation en soda keg ou d&#039;un embouteillage sans risque d&#039;oxydation,  je diminue la quantit&#233; de Houblon en Dry hop En tenant compte des retours de LittleBock au sujet de leur recette, je me montre bien g&#233;n&#233;reux sur la dose de lactose. Brassage pr&#233;vu courant d&#233;cembre 2020. J&#039;apporterais en temps et en heures les densit&#233;s obtenues ainsi que le d&#233;roulement de la fermentation. &#13;
