Le but est de faire une hazy bien orientee sur le fruit sans vraiment d amertume persistente (ajouts de hop tardifs, et hop stand), et gros dry hoping bien sale :)&#13;

Pas assez de place dans la cuve ebu pour utiliser toute l&#039;eau du sparging (maybe 5 to 10L left in sparging kettle)&#13;
(on testait les limites du set up :))&#13;

OG visse etait 1.063 et on a 1.052 au final, pas fou...&#13;
Ca sent deja bon les tropiques par contre :D&#13;

On part sur 3 ou 4 jours de ferm a ~19/20 celcius avant dry hoping&#13;

dry hoping de 6 jours effectue, mise en keg le 15/12/2021 avec petit resucrage&#13;

gravite finale 5.9 au brix avec la correction on est a 1.010, mieux que espere.&#13;
La levure a bien bosse&#13;
