    <NOTES>finalement une densite initial reelee de 1.044 et finale reelle de 1.008 apres 13 jours de fermentation a 22.5, ce qui devrait nous faire un ABV de 4.7% environ (Hoegaarden est a 4.9% donc vraiment pas loin du profil)&#13;
Avant mise en bouteille : Belle couleur, beaux aromes (banane bien presente), legere amertume, notes de kaffir bien presentent (j&#039;espere pas trop).&#13;

J ai du readapter le volume empatage/rincage avec un ratio de 3 car les cereales non maltees gonflent beaucoup et prennent trop de place.&#13;

au final j ai mis un mix de zets d&#039;agrumes du jardin certains seches au four d autre frais.&#13;

Il a plu durant l&#039;&#233;bu du coup j ai du couvrir, je me retrouve avec un peu plus d un litre de plus au final, et prise de densit&#233; initiale autour de 1.044 r&#233;elle au lieu de 1.049 th&#233;orique</NOTES>
