La seule diff&#233;rence est le changement de levure, sur le 5Litres j&#039;ai utilis&#233; de la US-05 et pour le 20 Litres de la BRY-97 mais au final les deux levures sont tr&#232;s proche.&#13;

Brassage en BIAB sur un st&#233;rilisateur Kitchenchef de 28Litres, &#13;
Pour l&#8217;emp&#226;tage :&#13;
- volume 22 litres Mono palier a 65&#176;&#13;
- Rin&#231;age &#224; 10 litres &#13;
Puis &#233;bullition a 27Litres.&#13;
Au final 21 Litres en dame jeanne pour avoir un volume total de 20 Litres sans les s&#233;diments au moment de la mise en bouteille.</NOTES>
