Nous recherchons :&#13;
- Texture : texture s&#232;che mais avec un certain corps malgr&#233; tout. L&#039;&#233;peautre apporte un c&#244;t&#233; un peu min&#233;ral et tr&#232;s l&#233;g&#232;rement acidul&#233;. &#13;
- Couleur : Blanche &#224; jaune p&#226;le.&#13;
- Go&#251;t et ar&#244;me : le malt est quasiment absent. Nous cherchons un go&#251;t de banane prononc&#233; et de coco plus mod&#233;r&#233; en arri&#232;re bouche et au nez. Les houblons apporte une amertume pr&#233;sente et des nuances de saveur riches et complexes. La levure apporte un c&#244;t&#233; tr&#232;s l&#233;g&#232;rement piquant.&#13;
- Au nez : La coco, la banane et l&#039;ananas sont pr&#233;dominants.&#13;
- Mousse : De tr&#232;s fine &#224; absente</NOTES>
