    <NOTES>Pour cette recette, j ai repris les bases de ma nu zealand pale ale. J ai remplac&#233; le malt pale ale par du pilsner pour lui conf&#233;rer  une couleur plus pale. &#13;
Pour le houblonnage je reste sur des houblons n&#233;o-z&#233;landais mais cette fois avec pacific jade en amerisant et aromatique et pacifica en aromatique. &#13;

Pacific jade: Il pr&#233;sente un profil de saveur int&#233;ressant d&#039;agrumes citronn&#233;s et de poivre concass&#233;. En tant qu&#039;addition pr&#233;coce, il conf&#232;re une amertume douce et arrondie.&#13;
&#13;
Pacifica: Surtout connue pour ses propri&#233;t&#233;s aromatiques. Il pr&#233;sente une cohumulone mod&#233;r&#233;ment faible et un carophyll&#232;ne sup&#233;rieur, ce qui lui conf&#232;re un ar&#244;me &#233;pic&#233; et r&#233;solument floral. Les notes d&#039;agrumes sont &#233;galement &#233;videntes et on dit qu&#039;il donne des ar&#244;mes d&#039;orange lorsqu&#039;il est utilis&#233; tard dans l&#039;&#233;bullition.</NOTES>
